Electronic hearing protection automatically cuts out sound above 85db.  There is a microphone on each ear cup for true stereo hearing.  Single on/off/volume control keeps both ears volumes balanced.  Uses standard AA batteries (not included), eliminates the cost of special batteries used by so many electronic muffs on the market today.  Volume can be adjusted to enhance hearing above normal levels.
